Vétiver Infini is a luminous woody composition with a fresh spirit to which bergamot, grapefruit, and lime add a harmonious sparkle.
The light duo of iris and vetiver rests upon the skin to reveal the powdery facets of violet leaf and the woody elegance of cedar. Both classic and modern, graceful and strong, this lingering scent reveals the absolute nobility of the ingredients it is made of.
Vetiver, a recent introduction to our palette with woody, smoky notes, is leading us down the path to a future we can already predict.
We selected a vetiver of exceptional quality from Haiti, from a responsible For Life-certified grower, to illustrate our conviction that the raw materials that make up our fragrances must embody our philosophy and make it tangible.
For Caron, iris and vetiver are symbols that, when taken together, articulate our vision of perfumery with a rich history and strong dreams. Our feet are on the ground, even though our head is in the stars.
*The Haitian vetiver essence is grown as part of the IFF For Life ethical programme which follows strict sustainability criteria: transparency, environmental responsibility, fair trade, ethical relationships with producers and local communities.

Franse haute parfumerie
Sinds de oprichting in 1904 (!), is Caron het voorbeeld van pure passie voor de klassieke Franse parfumerie. De oprichter Ernest Daltroff, was een van die parfumeurs die, net als Jacques Guerlain en Ernest Beaux van Chanel, de parfumindustrie vormden en wiens invloed vandaag nog altijd merkbaar is. Samen met zijn creative director en maîtresse, Félicie Wanpouille, creëerde Daltroff werkelijk onvergetelijke en legendarische parfums waaronder Narcisse Noir (1911), N’aimez que moi (1917) and Tabac Blond (1919). Het aromatische Pour un Homme (1934) is voor vele Fransen dé klassieke herengeur.
Een nieuwe creatieve tandem
Sinds begin 2020 bepalen zakenvrouw Ariane de Rothschild en parfumeur Jean Jacques de koers van Caron. Zij combineren hun gedeelde liefde voor geur, luxe en traditie, om het huis Caron in de 21e eeuw te brengen. Naast een focus op de klassiekers van het merk, komen er nieuwe hedendaagse parfums met dezelfde uitzonderlijke kwaliteit.
Perfume Lounge is het enige erkende verkooppunt van Caron in Nederland en voert met trots een uitgebreide selectie.
